Food was not expensive and certainly not the prices expected for a city centre hotel.

I checked on a bunch of the booking websites, but by calling the hotel we got the best price.

Well located close to the city and the hotel's weekend rates can be fantastic value.

Make sure you go to the little shop to the left of the hotel for water and drinks/snacks, etc as the minibar prices are ridiculous, £1.

Great location - only 5 minutes walk from the bus station, the hotel is very nice and staff are really helpful and professional.

Good location and clean and nice hotel - big rooms - maybe a little impersonel.

Good location friendly, great value and lovely lobby area.

Easy to Walk to either train (5 mins) or bus station/airport bus (10 Mins ) – avoids taxis which are expensive - see below.

The Taxi from the Hotel to the bus station took about 5 minutes ( its about 10-15 minute walk) cost 80KN (about GBP8) whilst the 30 minute airport bus journey from the bus station to the airport cost 30KN each and the 2.

The bed was very comfortable and I was so happy that there was a tub in the bathroom.

Rooms that were provided to us were twin although we were assured that we would be getting queen bed.

We returned to our room on the 22 to find bed not made and room not cleaned at nearly 15:00.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, big fluffy towels.

My room was large, with a good-sized bathroom and perfect air conditioning.

The food at breakfast was excellent as where the lunchtime snacks - we did not eat at the restaurant but it looked very good.

Clean, modern, great shower, great breakfast, friendly staff, lovely lobby area with bar and free internet, it was all we could do to tear ourselves away and see Zagreb, but we're certainly glad we did - such a lovely city.

Modern and the common areas effective, the hotel restaurant/bar were both great.

The buffet breakfast selection is great and restocked regularly and the bar is a great way to spend a few extra hours.

And the hotel restaurant, Radicchio, not only puts out a great breakfast for its guests, but also serves up a truly phenomenal dinner.

Room service prompt and friendly, as were all the staff from the receptionist to the cleaners.

Hotel staff was very helpful, agin the service was excellent anf friendly and free internet access was provided for guests.

Reception was friendly and efficient; we were offered a very good weekend rate without asking, and as street parking was difficult the receptionist went and stood in a vacant place to make sure I got it while I collected my car!

Front desk staff speak good English, the free internet access is a bonus and the bar is a great way to spend a few extra hours.

If you drive to the hotel like I did you can leave the car in the underground parking and get the elevator just from there directly to the lobby.

Nice little fitness center, relaxed atmosphere and lobby has internet stations are free.

The only thing missing was a swimming pool!

The room was not noisy even was on a main road, common areas were all clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Also the staff were amazing and the room was unbelievably clean.

Rooms are spotlessly clean and restaurants is nice as well.

The rooms were interesting, large, newly renovated, spacious and clean.

Near the train station, beautiful parks of Zagrab and about 15 minutes walk from the main square. The location is great, the hotel is modern and free internet in lobby is useful. Staff are polite, rooms are large and the indoor bar is well frequented. The breakfast buffet is excellent, o Waiters a little to keen to clear plates away.

Knew was great for the train, the Old Town had some interesting sights to fill up a few hours and the location was perfect for us. The hotel was clean and free in lobby internet was handy. Staff was friendly and helpful, the size of the room was big for twin room. The buffet breakfast was good.

On arrival at Zagreb's central bus station and 10 minutes from main square. Well situated and excellent quality. Nicely designed building, good price for 4 and free Internet in the lobby.

Very uncomfortable beds and the bar on the ground floor was expensive by Croatian standards. The girl on check-in was fully ignorant of our room details.

The position is perfect, this Hotel is great and sure the lobby is modern. In general the service is very good and the rooms are nice. Breakfast is satisfied and sparkling wine that turn my head.

Nice little fitness center, relaxed atmosphere and lobby has internet stations are free. The staff are very accommodating and rooms are very modern and neat. Cakes in Joe's bar are the best, the breakfast buffet is wonderful.

In a quiet location and lovely hotel. Modern style and helpful staff. Spacious rooms, fantastic bar and free overnight luggage storage.

Short distance from the main railway station and in a busy street. Breakfast has been beyond any discussion bad on Sunday.
