The room was new-fashioned and neat with a good bathroom, we enjoyed it. The location was excellent and unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a known zoo.

This hotel offers great value for money and is located in a nice, quiet area. The rooms are well-equipped and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially loved the complementary water and coffee in the lobby, a nice touch for guests to enjoy during their stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near many shops and cafes, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

I liked the fact that I had a very good sized room which was nicely furnished,immaculately clean and well serviced each day. Also it was very quiet so I slept well. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was extremely good. The fresh flowers in the breakfast room, the room with the computer and in the reception area were a nice touch. The hotel is in a very pleasant area of Berlin. I would come back any time.

Really there is nothing to complain about. Some might find it a bit distant from public transport but I found it was OK - maybe a 6 to 8 minute walk to the nearest underground station.

Very friendly staff. Perfect breakfast. Good location, the metro is in around 6 minutes walk. Good restaurants in walking distance (recommended by the reception - don't miss the Wiesenstein restaurant if you like Schwabisches food, or the Vietnamese one that is run by a funny guy). The room size is ideal, the bed was more comfortable than at home. :)

Amazing hotel with free wi-fi, the location was amazing to U Bahn stations & notable areas of Berlin. The breakfast was excellent, included appetising options. It was well decorated and modern room, the beds were comfortable.

The check-in process was confusing and time-consuming, with a kiosk that sometimes froze or displayed errors. The hotel lacked a manned front desk, making it difficult to get assistance when needed.

Arco is a small, clean, friendly and well run establishment located in a very quiet area but close to good public transport links. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.
