The hotel Arc The.hotel is trendy and modern, located in downtown Ottawa. The rooms are small, there's a library with free Starbucks. The staff is prudent and the bar is great. The Mood Booth is of particular interest, with its ever-changing colors. Some rooms facing the street are noisy, but other than that, this hotel is a good choice.

Also the standard rate is a little high and loved the turn down service.
Moreover bed: VERY VERY comfortable and several good.

Great staff and quick room service. Overall a good choice.

My only criticism of the hotel is that the television set was quite outdated, overall, not worth the money we spend for 2 nights there.

Great location and excellent Boutique Hotel. Friendly fast service in/out, loved my room and good bar. Absolute best breakfast and the sparkling wine.

The view from the window was a brick wall, exactly like you see in bad movie comedies and the internet in the lobby was super slow and thus extremely frustrating.
