The hotel was located near train station and city center, shopping streets and the restaurant. The location of the venue was decent - at a moderate distance from Antwerp-Central railway. It also was close to public transport...

Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Absolutely great place with competent staff and good wi-fi. Very good building, luxurious and functional rooms. Exceptionally nice and decent location, 15 minutes' walk to a large well-defined zoo. The hotel close to restaurants and a zoo.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a large and comfortable room at a reasonable price. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and energetic, especially the receptionist.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The bed was comfortable, after a long drive. Hotel is very good connected to antwerp zoo, only 5 minutes walk:)))

it was in a good and decent location with zurenborg nearby. the great area was good for nightlife.

The rooms are well-equipped and luxurious with comfy beds. The staff are helpful, we greatly enjoyed them.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, as it is conveniently close to both the train station and the city center. This makes it super easy to explore Antwerp and all its attractions without any hassle.

Our stay at this hotel was great and we didn't encounter any negative aspects.

The room is large with a table and seats. We enjoyed to take the breakfast at 2 in the room. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable

The fridge in the room was noisy (when the compressor was running). It was not easy to find the various switches.

The room was much bigger than I expected. It had a kitchenette (which I did not expect) including dishes and a full size refrigerator and a stove. This is extremely nice and convienient as soon as you realize that there is a very large grocery store directly across the street. The room also has a full size bathtub instead of one of those shower stalls like you usually find in european hotels. All staff members were very nice.

The room seemed kind of cold. I could not get the heater to work although I did not call to the front desk for any instructions. So, I may not have been operating it correctly?

Having a bidet in a different room to the toilet was unusual!

Just loved the smell of dog on the sixth floor, the unwashed bedding, and my daughter's lovely rash from the cot. Definitely a 1-star experience!
