Good central location for exploring Kyoto sights are very spread out and the hotel is clean and has convenient subway. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, great water pressure in the shower.

Beautiful view from the window, near subway station and the hotel itself is well located in Kyoto. The staff are helpful, rooms are clean and wonderful Japanese bath on the top floor. The restaurant is very good.

Dinner selection was limited and there are not many choices nearby, the receptionist could not speak much English, and couldn't help us.

Many attractions are within 5 and the restaurant at the end of the street near the train station is pretty good too. The hotel is located about a block away form the gojo subway stop, staff is very helpful and the bath upstairs and the washing machine are nice.
