Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit "out-dated" and in need of a management that not only keep things going as they have for the last 25 years.

The announced "breakfast included" was not available and we were instead directed to the cafeteria next door, probably also operated by the same owner.No real breakfast offer, but simple sanwiches. At no cost, but anyhow...

A friendly and non-intimidating hotel for a solo traveller. A welcoming place for the more mature voyager, and a popular venue for meals, which are tasty and very good value. My room was spotless and comfortable (a family room on the 4th floor, with views - through the velux window - of the mountains). A short weekend, but very enjoyable, and I would go back.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in the Pyrenees which had a perfect location in the valley. Loved the charming decor, friendliness of the staff, and the complimentary spa pool. We enjoyed the spacious room and the wonderful bathroom with a tub and shower with great water pressure.

Our room overlooked the noisy main street - so much traffic and pedestrian noise that made sleeping quite difficult. the breakfast was very basic and the window-less room was pretty gloomy.

Excellant Hotel with very good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. The in-house Restaurant is excellant, and the meals we experienced were deliciious! Very centrally based, right in the middle of the lovely town of Vielha. Well worth a visit.

The only complaint was that they didn't have air-conditioning, and it was very hot when we stayed there, and it would have been very much appreciated!

Super Hotel. We have stayed a few times here now and it never changes. The Staff are extremely helpful and honest - I say 'honest' because I left my new top that I had just received as a present, and left it behind in my room, but on calling in later in the day, was delighted to find that the 'cleaner' had handed it in and it was awaiting my collection in Reception. So very impressed in all.

The only downfall in the Hotel is that they do not have Air Conditioning, and as it was extremely hot when we stayed, it would have been a definite bonus.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel located right in the center of town. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for a spacious and clean room. The hotel staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with a room that had a balcony offering stunning views of the mountains. Additionally, the hotel catered to my dietary needs by offering a delicious breakfast for vegetarians.
