We had a fantastic stay at Sno Aragon Hills! The spacious bedroom had everything we needed and the wifi was reliable. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious dinner menus, perfect for our foodie cravings. The staff were attentive and helpful, making sure we had a great experience. The free parking option was convenient and the breakfast spread was good. We also enjoyed the breathtaking views from the hotel. the amenities and services were excellent, making our stay memorable.

We felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.

The location couldn't be more perfect, sunrise over the mountain in summer is beautiful, I can't imagine how it will be in winter. It is near almost all the important points to spend the day hiking, also has access to a community pool that is used very well when the heat is ... The Spa costs 15 Euros for clients, and once again the views are worth it. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. They are very conscientious with the cleaning.. The reception staff of 10.. For breakfast we opted not to take the buffet and went to the Ogi Berri that is down from the hotel, next to a bar called La Luna that is incredible for dinner.. This is the second time we have stayed here as a summer holiday destination and we are looking forward to returning next year.

We use the "gymnasium" which consists of a room that has been emptied and what goes in has been put in: two running machines, an elliptical one that is broken down and dumbbells from 2kg to 20kg, with an abdominal bench. For the size of the hotel it's a bit small.

We stayed at the hotel on Christmas Eve, had previously booked for dinner there as well, price of dinner they told us was 30 euros per person. Once at dinner, head of the room very kindly indicated the menu which was a buffet. Our surprise was that when we went to order grilled prawns, cook not so kindly told us that they were reserved for a particular table, although at the other tables everyone was eating prawns. We commented on this to the head of the room and he apologized to us because they had made short work of the forecast, that we would be compensated. we went to check out, we found out that the menu was going to be charged at 45 euros/person. Unfortunately, to add an error when we checked the total bill for the reservation we had been charged an extra 180 euros. We had to go back to the hotel, receptionist very kindly didn't know how to explain that charge, she gave us a refund and promised to send us a bill, by the way, week later still hasn't arrived.

The guest room at Sno Aragon Hills was absolutely perfect for my adventurous soul! The cozy vibes and comfy bedding made me feel right at home after a long day of exploring. Plus, the flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a great way to relax and unwind.

Personally, I found the minibar in the room to be a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might enjoy it.

comfort of the room with fabulous views and location of the hotel. Friendly restaurant and cafeteria staff. cleanliness very good.

very repetitive buffet. Nothing changed at breakfast and very little changed at dinner. In addition to little quantity, they ran out of something, they did not replace it or substituted it with some fried food. They didn't even replace the fruit. coffee and orange juice at breakfast is the worst. I didn't expect natural juice but the juice in the machine is water with coloring and coffee when I put it in the cup was water with a dark tone without flavor. The reception staff was very dry and when we asked for some information about the area. their answer was that the tourist office was in Sallent, there is no WiFi in the rooms. we also said at the reception and person who attended us told us that he could not do anything, Some people are not very nice to be in front of the clients.

I agree that buffet breakfast is one of the best in Spain. Rooms also perfect.

excellent location, just a short walk from downtown. Breakfast, 12 euros/pax, perhaps a little high, but with a lot of variety and good quality. Good rooms, renovated, the only thing we got was one without a balcony (a pity), but with excellent views. Comfortable bed. Very spacious bathroom. . . The SPA is small, but quiet and cozy, to be able to give a deserved rest and relaxation in it.

The tiny, dark gym. Lack of staff in the cafeteria. . . At night, around 10 pm, it happened to us twice that there is no waiter in the cafeteria of the lounge with fireplace, so we could not take anything. I suppose that if you tell the reception, someone will attend, but I don't think it's a good detail for a 4 star hotel. In the restaurant, at breakfast time which is buffet, only one employee. Sometimes they had to wait, or they piled up used dishes on the tables.

I chose this hotel for attending an assembly and was pleased with the featured amenities such as the computer station and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. The 24-hour front desk was also a great convenience, ensuring that any issues or requests were promptly taken care of.

The only service I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection in the rooms. While the internet was okay in public areas, it was intermittent and unreliable in the rooms, which made it difficult to stay connected and productive during my stay.

Enjoyed the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access, delicious breakfast buffet, and extensive spa area. The staff spoke English, Spanish, and French, so they could understand my demands in three different languages!

Oh, and I absolutely loved being told that twin beds are standard and that double beds are for the demanding ones. So chic!

The spa was quite nice, but slightly pricey The restaurant staff were nice and efficient

Reception staff were unhelpful & brusque The sound insulation between rooms was really poor (manager gave small discount 5% as compensation) Rooms were quite small Bar food (spag bolognese) was served stone cold Bar area was cold - needed jumper on to eat / drink

Had a great Easter break in a lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from shops and restaurants as well as the ski slopes. The buffet style food was delicious and there was plenty of variety. We also enjoyed the spa facilities that were available for an additional fee.

The language barrier was a bit of a challenge as some of the staff did not speak much English. The shuttle service to the slopes was a bit unreliable at times, which made timing our day a bit difficult.

The comfort of the rooms, the possibility of having a good rest due to the good insulation of the rooms from the corridor. The large variety of dishes and products at breakfast and dinner The amazing mountain view The shuttle service to the station

The Internet connection (poor Wi-fi). The lack of spontaneous suggestions (sightseeing, other activities than ski...) The temperature of the lobby ! The poor choice of standard teas at breakfast

The hotel is located in a picturesque village, close to the ski slopes and lifts. The rooms are spacious, with lovely bathrooms and balconies offering stunning mountain views. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a great selection of food. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a spa for an extra fee, perfect for a relaxing afternoon after a long day on the slopes.

The hotel can get quite warm in the rooms, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the night.
