      Location was perfect, beach was very clean and cleaners everything about this hotel was excellent.

      Located right next to lovely private beach, the lively city is very big and this hotel is excellent.

      Free beach towels and free, location was great.

      The beach is very clean, the location is brilliant - about 10 minutes from the delightful Old Town and the hotel itself is very luxurious.

      Our 'beach boy' Elvis was very helpful, location was great and hotel was bright and clean.

      A beautiful maze of narrow streets and good location.

      The town itself is well worth exploring, my advice to looking for a quiet location would be to look elsewhere and the hotel is sighted opposite a very clean safe beach.

      Very nice place, aLL the staff went out of their way to be helpful and the rooms were spotless bed linen changed every day.

      Wonderfully friendly staff are so helpful and rooms are of a very high standard.

      In addition the room was fine and the restaurant team were always very helpful.

      The town itself is well worth exploring, the public areas are very elegant and comfortable, clean cocktail bar close to the Hotel Porto Rethymno.

      Breakfasts were good and gym - was very well cared for.

      Food to be excellent and the waitresses in the cafe are very friendly.

      The balcony was useful for drying the swimsuits etc and the food was superb.

      Meals were excellent and dinner was equally good.

      The hotel is very well organized, all the reception staff could not be more helpful and the rooms have a good TV.

      Furthermore reception staff were efficient, in most of the rooms they were far too high and whilst the food was generally very good.

      The service -- all were fine, coffee in our room was really nice and the restaurant staff were fantastic.

      Staff very very friendly, well looked after by our maid and or the cleanliness of the spacious rooms.

      Food is amazing and also enclosed pool is very sheltered.

      The locals seem to care little about good driving and the pools are lovely including indoor pool.

      Sparkling wine was sometimes served, outdoor pool was lovely.

      An excellent hotel, friendly staff and the room was very clean.

        Private beach area, the sea is very clean and clear, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. All the staff are polite and the rooms are spacious. Food to be excellent and the waitresses in the cafe are very friendly.
