  The hotel was well located and the price was great. The location was perfect and we were on a high floor was good because the road to front was quite busy most of the time. The lobby was beautiful, service was professional and all employees in Aqua Palms were very friendly.

  Found the first room too small and elevators were dirty.

  Downtown was the best and because the price was so reasonable. The views were great and there were lobby events that were nice to attend. Staff was very professional and the concierge was knowledgeable.

  Our room at the Aqua was slightly less expensive, the pool was small.

  Great location in Waikiki and buses run to central Honolulu. This is the most dishonest hotel I came across and their rates are reasonable. Near the beach that is you are looking for and the lobby is pleasant. Staff is very friendly and internet is free for our room.

  The relay time on the elevator closed on my son and no electricity adaptors for europeans are available. Their pool is pretty small.

  The location is perfect, hanauma Bay Beach Park is a great beach day out is easy to get to and across the street is the lovely Hilton Hawaiian Village. A good place to stay pleaty of places to eat close by buses outside, the lobby is clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The bed is comfortable and coffee w/maker is so convenient.

  Saved us lot of money, the pool is very small.

  Location is good, the pool is a nice alternative to the beach and the position of the hotel is excellent. The prices are pretty reasonable in comparison and staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and local calls are free.

  The location is great, beach towels at the front desk a nice amenity also and made to feel most welcome by all staff even for just one night stay. The customer service is exceptional and the room is big and comfortable. The coffee is very good and danish as well as some sort of juice.

  Location was very convenient to shops, probably the best place I stayed at during my six week trip in the USA and the lobby was sophisticated. The staff were exceptional and room was great. The elevators were snail-pace slow and hot, pillows were comfortable, the Sportsmans Bar a couple of doors away had breakfast for $2.99. The local people were lovely and the spa message was amazing.

  We loved the views from our room, near a convenience ABC store and lewers street for good night life. The hotel was quiet and most of the staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and that towel service was great. The elevators were not slow at all as others stated, the continental breakfast was ok and the pool was clean.

  The premises were always clean and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The service was amazing, also the free internet was appreciated and breakfast was a simple muffin.
