Great location--a little off the centre of things, the price is awesome for a stay in Hawaii and the staffs are very friendly nice.

My balcony had a lovely view, the location was good and the lobby was acceptable for a budget type hotel, staff were a great help, and we were close to everything. Rooms were dirty and the front reception was rude.
