          Very friendly service accurate price short way to beach/sea room was clean and nicely furnished, location was great. Cannes was a beautiful place and we enjoyed out stay at the appia, the night receptionist was very helpful.

          Therefore the location is ideal, the Hotel Staff Are a very helpful family and classical and the building is old of course in the centre of Cannes. The rooms are not at all expensive and provide a free internet connection.
