We had a fantastic time staying at a hotel with great views. We enjoyed delicious food at a pizzeria on the very top of the mountain, and the main restaurant also served tasty meals. The location was perfect for exploring the Lugano lakefront. Our room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was filled with a large variety of options, and we loved taking advantage of the available fitness equipment.

The hotel could have benefited from better directions, making it easier to find.

The lack of air conditioning and fans made it difficult to sleep during our stay, especially when the outside temperature was high. the hotel was quite far from the bus stop, which made it challenging to get around without a car.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and serene area, surrounded by lush greenery. The highlight of our stay was definitely the on-site pool, which offered a breathtaking view of the lake and city. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-decorated, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable room. The free car parking was a bonus.
