Excellent location for exploring Limoges, VERY HELPFUL staff at heal and receptionist calm. And just next door to the university area of the town about 15 minutes walk from the centre, a picturesque river and the botanical gardens / cathedral. Brand-new and big room with constant hot water, good offer.

Fairly clean property with affable staff in staff member less than friendly. Spacious and fine unit for teenage children to share a bed. Great location for Limoges, adjacent to motorways & Limoges centre, and a taxi. Honestly no complains at all.

They gave us a fairly quiet room with doulbe bed, good sized bathroom, for instance. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

its location not too far from musee beaux arts was good and perfect. the view from our studio was pleasant. the staffs were very helpful and the service was good.

I stayed at a very convenient location just outside the city center. The kitchen was well equipped, and I particularly liked the fridge. While parking had additional costs, it was safe behind a porch. The team running the place was friendly and helpful. It was easy to find the way with clear markings, and the bus stop was very close, making it convenient to travel to the city center. The immediate area was lovely, with the river and the historical St. Martial bridge nearby. I decided to upgrade to a bigger apartment, which was spacious, clean, and had sufficient furniture. The beds, armchairs, and chairs were all comfortable, and there was a bathtub that my mom enjoyed. The bed sheets and towels were clean, and there was good lighting in the apartment. Additionally, there were amenities like a clothes dryer and a landline phone.

Can't fault the property in any way. 👍

Location: the hotel was next to the town centre over the river bridge as well as choice of places to eat. Dined at Tartempion, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

The staff were all really kind, nice. Liked the reasonably large and fine room with a view and the way it was setup.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated on the river with a beautiful view of the old bridges. It's in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful stay.

Convenient, quiet location (excellent sound-proofing) right next to river, 15 minutes walk to the centre of town and 25 minutes to railway station on foot. Rooms are quite small but well-equipped; sofa-bed was surprisingly comfy (and I suffer from bad back problems!). Right next to river with excellent riverside walks in both directions. Discount for local restaurant which did excellent food. Good price for internet access (€2 per day).

No kettle in room (as with most continental hotels - I bring my own!); shower set too low; poor opening times for reception. ** Make sure you check there will be someone there! ** If not, e-mail them and they will send you an access code for the front door and a safety deposit box with your keys in. If you want to use internet access, you will need to get a cable and pass code from reception - there is no Wireless LAN. This means reception needs to be open the first time you need to access the internet!

Planned to see Limoges major attractions and it was decent place for visiting all of them.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, multi-channel TV, a dining area and a writing table. Location: perfect, near a historical bridge as well as the Riverside. Friendly check-in, parking outside. By the way, parking fee - gbp 7 per day. Right place for exploring Limoges.
