Very very helpful staff who surprisingly welcomed us the day before in a very friendly and kindly manner, and the location was nice. And it's not very far from l'escale des Saveurs, ate there once or twice.

Everything was really good, the wifi was excellant. The room was spotlessly clean with reasonably clean bathroom and coffee and soundproof windows. I slept in the comfortable bed. The location was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT - really close to the Tramway station, the historical part of town and the Tram Line which is an excellent service. The total experience was fine, I 100% recommend.

The hotel is set in a decent neighborhood, just a stone's throw from Lille-Europe train station and close to the city centre. There is also a lovely little park opposite the hotel, perfect for a quick stroll. The rooms are well-equipped with plenty of amenities, including bedding and kitchenware. Guests will enjoy the quiet atmosphere, providing a peaceful night's sleep.

Some of the other facilities of the hotel leave much to be desired.

Very very small room, No English tv channels Only one hook in the bathroom for three towels The shower leaked all over the bathroom. One light was out in the bathroom No range hood/extractor fan in the kitchen, Poor lightimg in the kitchen The pots were dirty on arrival, The worst female receptionist we have encountered she was not at all helpful,she never smiled or looked up from her computer no matter how long you were waiting, I think she is in the wrong job.

Clean, near Tramway, Casino and Post Office near-by. Spacious hallways/kitchen, spacious bathroom.

Walk to city center, must pass under the highway. Once the bed is open, there was no room to walk around.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was so close to the city centre! Additionally, the transportation options were great as it was right on the edge of the city on all other edges, with a tram station just two minutes away. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the cleanliness of my warm and cozy room with its comfy bed. Lastly, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, especially Mr Michel who was extremely professional.

The reception opening hours were inconvenient. The light in the room was too dim to read.
