Clean rooms with a balcony. Great location near the train station. Staff went above and beyond to solve a credit card issue. Convenient kitchen facilities including a mini dishwasher.
Can just recommend.

The room was very clean, and was a very good deal for my money.
It would have been nice to have more access to the hotel staff. Their hours were very limited. While the room was a very good deal, I was slightly disappointed that we could only have our sofa bed pulled out when we were ready to sleep. Otherwise, we were unable to enter/exit the room.

The staff was kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet had fresh and excellent quality food. The room had a fully equipped kitchen with a mini dishwasher. The apartment was spacious and had a balcony. Free secure parking was available.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Good concept. Room has a sleeping-sofa and frig, microwave, stove.
No parking. No internet. Staff kept insisting they had wifi but it was not compatible with Windows7, we do not believe so.

Gourmet take-away formulas: The take-away dishes were a real treat, like a gourmet experience on the go!
Initial cleanliness issues: Unfortunate, but the hotel quickly addressed the matter.

Good, basic, comfortable and functional accommodation, certainly no complaints and would happily stay again.
Location was exactly as advertised, just a little far from the town centre for my walking ability (have an injured ankle)

Located near tourist attractions and convenient train station in a lively yet questionable neighborhood. The clean and functional room had a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with city views. Secure underground parking was available for a small fee.
Some guests had difficulty accessing the hotel after hours and were dissatisfied with the reception's communication regarding payment and check-in.

The rooms were small, but well arranged. The small kitchen was well equipped to prepare your own meal. Though location wise not well located, still one can find buses to go to beach.
Its location is such that you are dependent on bus to go to Centre- ville, beach and La Gare. So, in the night, it is inconvenient to move around. However, if one doesn't mind walking few kms, it is fine.

Great terrace and kitchen facilities, bed was comfortable. Received clear instructions for self-check-in during late arrival. Appreciated staff's effort to solve credit card problem instead of cancelling reservation.
Nothing.

Good basic little kitchenette. Stayed in a studio with room for a portable cot when the sofa bed was folded out. The sofa bed was surprisingly good.
20-25 minute walk to the hotel from the train station (in the opposite direction from the city center). Two buses go to the hotel though from the center and from the train station (2 and 9 if I remember correctly).

The bed was comfortable, and the towels were clean. The underground parking was a nice addition and provided a sense of security for our car. The location was convenient and near several restaurants.
The room smelled badly and seemed outdated. We had to pay for the Wi-Fi, but it didn't work properly.

Reception : on bookingconfirmation was written : check in on saturday until 19pm. Upon arrival we noticed that checkin on saturday was only until 16pm. There you are in front of a closed door. You have to call and speak to a tape, which always understood name of town wrong. Very annoying situation !!!

Clean and practical appartments. We went for beach and seaside but it was a long drive to the beach although we did know it was on the outskirts of the city centre.
Had to pay for clean towels and bed linen although we stayed for 5 nights and no extra loo paper was provided (or toiletries), which we assume would have been provided if we had stayed for 2 nights and returned some time later. Maybe the price reflected this but we don't know.

The hotel offered a well-equipped room with comfortable beds for a budget price. the personnel was helpful and accommodating during our New Year's stay.
The location was not ideal as it was far from the main train station, making it difficult to reach. the cleanliness could have been better as we experienced clogged sinks and a shower that did not drain properly.
