our initial booking was in this appart'city in Lyon, but that booking didn't go thru somehow. nevertheless we got the room in another appart'city closer to the city center and it was good!

Although not central public transport made railway stations,city centre and the oldtown easily accessible.

The rooms had great kitchen facilities and the shower was nice. The location was also convenient, with public transportation options nearby.

My overall experience was not great. The room had a strange smell and was not well-maintained.

I recently stayed at Appart'City in Lyon for a few nights. The location was great and the staff were happy and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to have a balcony in my room, which I really enjoyed. Having a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away was also convenient, especially with my disability. The room had all the necessary facilities and was clean. The option to prepare breakfast in the room was a cost-saving bonus.

Close to two metro stations, this hotel is conveniently located for exploring the city. The attention to detail in the rooms, including the addition of a balcony, makes for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist.

No aspects need improvement. All was satisfactory.

This hotel provide safe underground parking lot. The room looks comfortable with a lot of cooking stuff. There is even a dryer for clothes. Internet cost 2 Euro but it is cable connected and reliable. The hotel cost is low.

No staff working after 8:30 PM.

The reception and the staff people are not at all helpful and are very rude n inhuman and also they have chrged my credit card despite of making the full payment in cash. The reception closes in the noon till 15:00 n also closes in the weening after 19:00 hrs.

Conveniently located near metro and amenities. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Well-equipped kitchenette with fridge. Quiet at night.

1. The staff were not customer friendly. I arrived to the hotel one day late to find the reception was closed and the staff member was having breakfast. For late arrivals i was given a code to obtain my keys from a safe deposit box however the keys were not in there. The member of staff refused to give me the keys and asked me to come back when the reception was open 5 hours later. Totally unacceptable!
