          The location is superb, only a short distance from the rail station and the hotel is clean and central. Reception is quick and efficient, rooms are good.

          The central train station and location was excellent. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff were very kind, the window did not open, and there was no air conditioning, made too hot to breath. No mini bar free wifi in the lounge did not work properly, also the breakfast was very good.

          S location was ideal for shopping, staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel was spotless, the room was very nice, clean &. The free coffee woke me up for a good meeting in the jaarbeurs.

          The location is great at the centre of Utrecht, the hotel is closed to the train station and staff is very accomodating, friendly and helpful. A shower in the bathroom is also good for like us dont like bathtubs.

          Room is not well maintained = not fair money for this quality of room and the breakfast is not included and is 18 Euros a day is quite expensive.
