Good location close to city, the hotel restaurant is airy and spacious, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Good location close to city and perfectly OK as long as you're not here for a long stay.

This hotel is in a great location for Birmingham city centre and surrounding attractions.

The location is perfect for the city, with plenty of buses passing the door saving on taxis and parking meters.

Ideally located for all the entertainment of Broad Street - a short taxi ride or a bus ride.

Room was clean , very small bathroom and poor water pressure for the shower-no bath.

The bedroom decor wasn't fantastic and the remote control only worked if you got out of bed and walked right up to the TV!

It was nice relative to the previous hotel - our room was pretty large (Hagley Suite for £50 per night inc breakfast) and the bathroom was modern and recently refurbished.

Rooms,bedding and bathroom were clean enough, if you want top quality then pay the price, the Ritz this aint but for the price it was great, the breakfast was very good and is on until 10.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice with a good variety and the staff were very helpful especially the bar staff.

The reception area/bar/restaurant is nice, this hotel is in a great location for Birmingham city centre and the staff is professional.

Reception is right beside bar area and restaurant - well used space.

The meals were excellent with good chioces in the evening and I could not fault the breakfast.

Car parking is ample and as you park between the accommodation blocks it means your car is away from the main road area.

However was very noisey in morning, lots of hustle and bustle, from housekeeping knocking on doors to other guests shouting in car park.

The room was clean, tidy but starting to look like it was in need of a 'fresh look' and updating from the 1990's furniture.

Pleasantly surprised with the room - clean, tidy and fully equipped.

Breakfast was as good as dinner - buffet style, staff were very cheerful and helpful, the bathroom was satisfactory and clean.

The room was spotless, breakfast in the morning was a excellant self service hot buffett.
