Good location (2 minutes to train stop). 2 room suite with big bathroom was ideal for the price for 3 persons.

No room service available. My expectations were not high when booking this resort. But while staying for a week - not even once staff took out the garbage from the bin or changed towels (in summer they never can get dry and began to stink in few days) though there is standard sticker in the bathroom stating that you should leave towels on the flour if you want them to be changed. You'll be disappointed if you'll do this way. Towels in the bathroom are pretty small and only one per person. It was ok for me but especially for women with longer hair it probably would not be acceptable (bring your own large one) We had to ask to take out the garbage ant to change towels. Also rooms are a little bit too dusty as flour is covered by carpet - as stated by staff rooms are cleaned only after move out. Tourist tax (1 eur per person per night) is not included in the offer. Internet connection was not available at the resort (dead access point as explained by staff). Link was available from the near by building but the signal was poor and not always working. For completion - this was my third trip to the region in 2 summers. And previous times I was living in more spartan stile rooms but I had 3 towels and no problems with garbage bin and internet connection :)

Mainly the location itself and the kids corner in the diner area. Reasonable rate for rooms and breakfast.

The bed was absulutally inconvenient, the matrac was to soft and the bed is broken. (room #3). The hotel offered free WiFiin the room, which is not correct as you needed to go out to a neighbour building where the WiFi accessible. So not even the rooms have not Internet access but nowhere in the hotel. Just in the next building. We have asked to switch on the heater as were 2 cool nights which not so good for all rain wet closes even the young kid but nothing happened although was requested 3 times. Nobody told us it should ask for cleaning up a room, changing towels, thrash bin. Our expectation for the 3* hotel is something else. Sat Tv is not available in the room! Generally it was ok, but these issues remained in our head.

The rail station is near, so it is easy to go to trip places.

Wifi is in the next building. Actually it is impossible to connect to internet. Wifi in each room was mentioned in Booked.net. It was very important for me :( . Checking room after booking out, it looks really strange and nasty. It was the first time in my trip history ;) I was in all Europe countries in Russia and Chine, so I have enough experience to travel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice interior and design of the hotel. Location close top the mauntain trials.

Big room and large bathtub for soaking after a day of hiking.

It was clean and very good value for money. We were on a walking holiday and therefore it was perfect for access to the mountains and the railway station.

The hotel is not manned 24/7, so you need to ensure that you check in at the right time. However, despite us not doing so, a member of staff came from elsewhere, without complaint, to do so.

The staff (actually one guy) were nice and helpful. We were allowed to check in quite early. I realise there were not many people at that moment but it was still nice. The beds were very comfy and we had a large fridge in our room.

I disliked the fact that you have to give a deposit of eur 70 (50 was accepted, though) when checking in (got the money back when I checked out). It is an uneasy feeling when you're considered likely to cause damage.

Very friendly staff. We had to arrive in the middle of the night due to a flight delay, and the receptionist was available for a phone conversation and came forward with a suggestion of leaving the keys for us outside. The building is solid, spacious, warm, located with a great panoramic view just a few hundred yards off the main road. The interior looks pleasant, preserving a traditional local style. They also have a fair sauna down the stairs for a separate payment.

The electric wiring and bathroom equipment are outdated, compared to a standard three star hotel. Meals not included.
