Hotel is near the monument Motheland in Mamaev hill - most famous place in Volgograd - only two station in tram Staff is exelent, but not speak in English, only native. Room is clear and modest Restoran in hotel is not expensive

The room was super, and there is a very nice and well priced restaurant.
When we arrived there was a problem with the pricing, they would not honour the Booked.net pricing. After 30+ minutes of debate and argument it was clear that they were not going to budge and reluctantly I paid the higher price. Since then I have taken this issue up with Booked.net and they are dealing with it for me. The location is not good, it's a long way from the main town centre, but there are easy transport links both trolley bus and trams, but even so, it's a little bit isolated. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned which is surprising, but even then they only cleaned and restocked the bathroom, the bed was not made and the cups were not washed up. Overall the few issues we had somewhat spoiled the impression of the hotel, but the place is actually very clean and practical and I enjoyed the stay there. I'm not sure I will return though.

A fine smaller modern hotel. Rooms were brand new and everything was quite comfortable. It is not exactly in the center of the city. However, it is less than a 3 minute walk from the closest metro station. Would stay there again for sure...
