The only good think about this apartment is that it is brand new ,and its very good location.Nothing else !!!!!

We are very disappointed about the sittuation we find in this appartnent.First of all its a little difficult to find it and if you do it there is no a clear bell for the supposed reception.After a call we managed to get into the room.We must go to another place(office )to pay all the ammount,but when we return to the appartment and looking better we find that this appartment has no curtain in the living room ,just near the bath!!!!.The other cutains were so small so anyone can see you threw windows.There was no hairdryer as it is supposed to be ,no wardrobe for our clothes,on the bed was only blankets and no linen,the coffee machine can not work in this kitchen and the worst of all the brand new air condition did not work in the heat mode.So we have frozen at the night.We complaimed the next morning and they gave as another appartment in another building,old one with strong smell of food all over the place,with terrible cleaning, but everything works ok.We booked this appartment according to the informations given at Booked.net and definetely this is not what we booked.I Realize that it was a brand new appartment ,and in the future these problems will resolved ,but I think that you must not sell something that it is not still ready ...............Not recomended

Location.

Complete ignorance and dishonesty of the staff.Two of four suitcases left in the luggage room in apartments Ataulf 11 are gone! They were given by administration to other guests.We came back home without suitcases, which are still not found.Moreover,after full payment in advance on check-in,we were required extra 100€ deposit for the key. We were shocked! We never could imagine such situation is possible in Europe.

Nice duplex apartaments in historical part of the Barcelona. Good locatioan to go sightseeing.

Loved the location. It was close to everything and in a beautiful side street with old buildings...

Location

The apartments is really located not at the same place that reception (it was not expected). It's quite uncomfortable to move through the crowded narrow streets to the apartment if you've arrived with bags to the reception by taxi. The apartments were clean and equipped, but not comfortable for more then 3 people: two rooms (upstairs) were very small (just for sleeping) and one studio room (S~24 m). Location is great - city center/historical part - Gothic. To my mind this is the perfect choice for 1-2 days stay for 2-3 persons (friends, family).

Very nice and cozy apartment,clean and comfortable, friendly staff, we could leave our luggage at the building where the apartment was as we arrived quite early compared to the check-in our. Close to La Rambla and shopping district, close to the Barcelona Marina, Aquarium, Picasso Museum and the Cathedral. Safe neighbourhood.

Can't find anything that we didn't like.

Spacious room and helpful staff in, particular Chanda and Ray.

We had two nice apartments of high standard with well-equipped kitchens. Not that we cooked, but still nice to have the option - and a fullsize cold fridge. Excellent location. Wifi worked excellent (and once when it didn't, staff fixed it immediately).

No cleaning of apartments during the four nights stay.

The location is perfect and the staff is very kind.Very clean place and good bed.

The curtains of the room were too small,so in the early morning the light in the room was too much.

Not located is the safest spot in town as I believe but didnt feel unsafe at anytime. Good location with short walk to attractions, tourist info and Las Rambla. The people that run the apartment were quite friendly and accomodating.

Very noisy. If you ever watch a movie where the gates of Hell close trapping souls for eternity in torment, they probably recorded the noise from the doors in this block. Woke me many times. A lot of noise after midnight from outside as well. No bath either, just a shower.

Extremely helpful caretaker. Great for families

In the centre of the Gothic Old town so it was a bit noisy at night.
