Great location for our needs, close to restaurants and attractions. The apartment was large and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful check-in staff.

The check-in process was confusing and disorganized, with staff at a separate location and delays in getting our key. The air conditioner and bathroom also needed attention.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to make sure my family and I were all on the same level. The rooms were spacious and clean, making us feel like we were in a brand new apartment. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to restaurants, the farmers market, and everything else in the city centre. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and lounge, and even a patio to enjoy the gorgeous views. The laundry facilities were a bonus, as we were able to keep our clothes clean and fresh throughout our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our trip truly enjoyable.

The staff at the front desk were extremely rude. They were unprofessional and it really affected our stay.

The rooms were quite spacious and the staff was helpful and friendly. the location was very convenient, close to the central business district and with lots of food options around. WiFi was okay.

The air conditioners were constantly dripping water onto the carpets and left a musty smell in the room. The toilets weren't cleaned properly either.

We appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the well-equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms each had their own ensuite bathroom, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. David, the manager, made sure we had a smooth check-in and parking was also available.
