The apartment was mind-blowingly spacious and clean, equipped with everything we needed. The staff, especially Laura and her son, were super friendly and helpful, allowing us to stay in the apartment at no extra cost until our departure. The pool was fantastic, with music and a nice cafe, and the free wifi was a jaw-dropping bonus. our stay was PERFECT and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Portimão.

I recently stayed at Castelos Da Rocha for the second year in a row and brought my family along. The staff, especially Rueben and his Mom, were incredibly helpful and kind. The Mother and Daughter team in the Coffee shop at the pool went above and beyond for us, even making a beautiful cake for my daughter's birthday. The apartment was spacious and cool, with plenty of living and wardrobe space. The pools were all clean and the beach was just a 5-minute walk away. it was a fantastic stay with welcoming staff and great amenities.

Spent Easter at a hotel and had a nice time. The young staff was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spacious and had basic amenities. The location was key, just a 5-minute walk to the mini-market and beach. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful.

Access to the beach was a bit of a hassle, as it involved going up and down stairs. , the bed was not very comfortable and caused a backache.

Spacious living room with a boring satellite TV. Conveniently located near bus stops, in case you're brave enough to take public transportation. Staff can arrange car rentals, so you can feel like a fancy driver for a day.

I just love how the hotel didn't have a private helicopter pad. How else am I supposed to arrive in style?

Celebrated New Year with Friends. Spacious apartment and friendly pool bar team. The apartment was clean and comfortable, beach was a quick walk from the location, and plenty of bars and restaurants around. The pool bar had reasonable prices and great atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views.

Amenities could be improved. No hand soap, dish soap, or laundry detergent provided in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week with my family. The apartment was clean and well presented, just a short walk from the beach and main area for bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even helped me find my lost wallet and arranged for it to be returned to me at the airport. The snack bar was also a nice touch. we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
