  Friendly helpful staff, spacious room.

  Very poor cleaning service in the hotel and in a short walking distance to the old town. All fantastic there's loud music next door at 1am.

  Good location 5 min walk form the market square and all in all, the hotel is a little gem in an amazing city. The staff is really helpful and apartments are clean and well designed, without kitchen.

  Next to main touristic attractions in old Krakow and the jewish quarter in a quiet street, this hotel has a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are cosy and warm and very clean.
