What a gem. Request a balcony room overlooking Via Chiaia! This little gem of an apartment-hotel was perfect for a 4-day trip to Naples. If you're lucky, you'll get a room facing Via Chiaia with a balcony. Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony, and was enormous. It's an easy walk to the market, and we spent many happy hours sitting on the balcony, watching the world go by and enjoying the lovely food. There's a fantastic gelato cafe across the street, and dozens of restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars within a few minutes' walk. The bed was comfortable, and we happily slept with the doors to the balcony open each night. The hotel staff and management have excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to make guests happy. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff.

I had a few negative experiences at this hotel. the elevator was always out of order, which was an inconvenience, and I had to climb several flights of stairs frequently.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms had a problem, but it was partially fixed the next day. Some rooms did not have a balcony or window for fresh air and sunlight.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the fluffy towels and comfy beddings made our stay perfect. The prime location allowed us to stroll along the vibrant streets and dive into the local culture. the room size was adequate for us, providing plenty of space for our luggage and cuddling.
The air conditioning was not working correctly, leaving the room sweltering even at night. the room only had one chair, and we had to sit in bed to eat breakfast.
