Could be great for longer stay. The hotel was functional and fairly clean everywhere. The staff were very very helpful and super-friendly in the whole venue. Our room was air conditioned and well-organised, besides, the bed was comfortable. The hotel was in the very central setting in a quiet neighborhood.

The staff at the reception desk are super friendly and amazingly nice. The location in Aix-en-Provence is perfect and excellent, with a supermarket around the corner and easy access to public transportation. The units come with a patio.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable. We could reach Le Cezanne by walking. - It was close enough to the station and town centre, the old town/restaurants along Cours Mirabeau, and the Old Town. - Everything was simply nice.

1.We were asked to pay when checking in, unusually! 2.My envelope with cash in my bag was stolen when checking in. 3.There were only two women in the lobby. One pretended to ask my wife questions, and the other stole it. Why asked my wife? We were not local people and just arrived. 4.There are video cameras in the lobby. We requested the staff to inspect, but they didn't do it till we checked out. 5.Temporized and a nightmare in the hotel.

Staff not very helpful on check in, room was ridiculously small, very dirty. Not close to town, I could not wait to leave. Bed was terrible. I rarely rate things badly, this was not up to standard.

Our family had a great time at Odalys City Aix En Provence Les Floridianes. the room was simple but had a kitchen which was very convenient. the bed was comfortable, and we loved spending time at the pool. the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to Le Cezanne. there was a lovely restaurant within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
