Mediterráneo Sitges is located at the sea front, between suburbia and the heart of the old town.

The hotel was opened in 1986 and recently totally restored, providing comfortable stay and all modern amenities including a beauty and well-being centre with multiple services, free internet corner and conference facilities.

This is the only hotel in centre of Sitges which provides 60sqm apartments with sea view private terraces. They also have flat-screen TVs and marble bathrooms with bathtub and shower.

Eateries are Italian restaurant San Marzano and Macchiato Gran Café Chill Lounge.

The Central railway station is a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Getting there

Mediterráneo Sitges is only 20 minutes away from Barcelona and a short walking distance from the historic and shopping centre. It is 24km to Barcelona International Airport and 700m to the central railway station.

Getting around

The international airport of Barcelona is only 30 minutes by train from the hotel. Driving by car from the international airport take the C-32 motorway towards Tarragona. From Tarragona take the C-32 motorway towards Barcelona. From Vilafranca del Penedès take the AP-7 motorway to get to Sitges. Take the exit for Sitges Center, reaching the promenade of Sitges.

Sitges has very good connections with Barcelona and Tarragona by means of RENFE suburban and regional trains. There is a train approximately every 15 minutes that connects Sitges with Barcelona in only 30 minutes.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

The location was great, the hotel was a good base to enjoy Sitges, its beaches, and restaurants, the staff were quite nice and helpful. The apartment we had was comfortable and clean.

The location was perfect and the room was large enough for our family of 5 to stay comfortably. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool area is just perfect and the hotel has a nice location on the beach. In house two Italian restaurants are very good and the rooms are quite basic and functional at best. The kitchen is well equipped too and food in general is excellent and reasonable in Sitges.

Great views and excellent hotel staff. Nice lobby, good value very friendly and helpful service, i liked the big rooms and the seeview. A small kitchen correctly equiped and there's plenty of better choices in truly lovely Sitges. Huge garden.
