Quiet away from the tourist centre, passing by on the main road looked impressive and hence the hotel offers excellent value for money.

Good price, great hotel and the staff were very helpful.

Very good location and cabs here are very cheap. Many of the views from the hotel terrace are stunning, reception staff are helpful and the rooms are all spacious suites. The evening meals are excellent and the gardens are well maintained.

The cloudy type of weather in the valley and internet in the lobby is very slow.

Has great views, the bus does finish quiet early and the car park is certainly big enough. Moreover as there is nothing nearby to walk to would be nice to have more to do in the hotel and the town/harbour is lovely. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Has spectacular views and we never used the free bus. Furthermore hotel was very pleasant, well worth the extra money paid for this and all the staff were really friendly. An excellent hotel - superb grounds, luxury rooms and nice food. Great facilities.

Not because the views aren't spectacular and the staff were pleasant and attentive. In addition dinner at lunch there was a small selection.

Wonderful views, there's a huge wildlife park called Loro Parc and the all inclusive was good value for money. In addition staff were all superb and the apartment was so spacious. The towels felt thin and cheap, the food was far better than I expected.
