  Location was very central, the Hotel staff were very helpful and the price was a bit high. Service was courteous and we got a huge amount of information about Lisbon from the receptionists. The room was very quiet and terrace bar was wonderful.

  Next door to busy building that was used for green card and breakfast was not good value at 8.50 euro. Early check-in at noon was no problem, th epool was very dirty so we did not take a swin in the pool.

  Fantastic location - good facilites and near by the underground. Excellent on a budget, helpful staff and furthermore i liked the room was comfortable and decent. The kitchenette was nice and the breakfast was great.

  The location is very central, clean condition of the hotel and the staff are excellent. Rooms are big and comfortable, the kitchenette is handy too for coffee. The best black-out curtains I have ever seen and close to restaurants is great.

  The location was brilliant and during ours stay the personnel was extremely nice and helpful. In addition the staff were friendly and the 'apartment' concept was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was fine and the pool was small.

  Great views, well linked by trams and clearly good value for money here. Additionally the polite personnel, clean room and fantastic swimming pool on the terrace. Lot's of nice restaurants.

  The location was great and the rooms in the hotel were clean. Staff were courteous, the bedroom was tidy and the pool was lovely I didn't go in once.

  Drinks from bar were a bit on the expensive side and the selection was typical continental breakfast.

  Location is perfect, the apartments are great especially for an extended stay and the studios provide good accomodation. The kitchenette is handy too for coffee.

  The location was excellent and this hotel was by far our best choice. The staff at the front desk was really nice and helpful, the room was well furnished especially the kitchen.

  Saying that the bar was closed one evening was a little strange, the Pool was very small.

  The location was excellent, staff were responsive and helpful, the apartment room we stayed in had a fair sized lounge.

  There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel and so we bought fresh cafe latte from the bar.

  A great location and the hotel is an amazing building. The suite rooms are nicely set up, the kitchenette is handy too for coffee.

  The staff are very nice and facilities are poor.
