We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel by the sea. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean from our balcony. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room, which even included a small kitchenette. The amenities provided, such as the room service and laundry service, were a great convenience. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which offered a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

We have stayed at this place before and we absolutely loved the beautiful location and breathtaking views. It was so convenient to find free parking right next to the property.

The facilities are ok. The pool is a little dirty and not really inviting. the studio apartment is not as good as it looks online. The staff are not really helpful and they don't know really what is going-on, on the island, and hotel

Website needs to be updated as there is no longer a cafe or tv room. There has been a lot of development of private villas in front of the hotel since the pictures on the website were taken

Marvellous breakfasts and the food was well presented! Booked a room with a beautiful view. The location of the hotel was stunning - around 10-15 minutes walk from Ponta da Galera Beach.

We had a great time at this hotel. The view of the ocean and the surrounding area was simply breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything from planning our trip to renting a car. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the free tennis and pool, and the kitchenette was fully equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the beaches, with several good restaurants and a little shop nearby.

Located in a nice village, this countryside hotel is just a short ride away from Ponta Delgada. The rooms offer a comfortable stay with spacious layouts and beautiful views. The bathroom facilities are large and convenient, with ample shelf space for toiletries. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfast options offer a wide variety of choices to start your day off right.

The noise from the cleaning staff in the hallway can be quite disruptive in the morning.

Our stay was wonderful! We were impressed with the size of the apartment, the two swimming pools, and the breathtaking views of the ocean. We also appreciated the helpful staff, who went out of their way to accommodate our requests. One key location fact was that there were plenty of restaurants and swimming areas within easy walking distance. Another was that there were nearby beaches that were just a short drive away.

We found that the kitchen was lacking in some basic supplies, such as oil and salt. we were disappointed that the pillows in the apartment were old and uncomfortable.
