  The room was cleanwith clean linnen and towels, the restaurant had a varied and good standard of food at all meals.

  The staff were very unpleasant and rude, the receptionists were fairly friendly.

  Cala millor town and cala bona gorgeous, the pool area was very disappointing, the hotel was in a good position. Staff were really friendly and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just mainly continental.

  The apartments were clean enough, and you are not too far from the beach, best thing about this hotel are the rooms. The staff are really friendly and helpful, all inclusive drinks in pool bar are great.

  The beach is lovely, and probably the best of the 4 we visited in the surrounding areas, the hotel is clean. The apartments are really comfortable, bar staff are friendly.

  Good entertainment and fine location in a quiet area, very friendly hotel, all the staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious, food was adequate and dinner was the worst.

  Quite a spacious interior to the hotel and staff great. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bath, the salads were great, the tables laid and clean.

  All the staff were very accommodating and friendly, the bathroom was fantastic and the shower was lovely. The food was simple without variations the whole week.

  That's the good service ended and awesome showers. The bar staff were also very friendly, the food was plentiful and varied.

  The service of the staff were friendly helpful and the sitting room was very nice and balconey was lovely to sit and chat on. The food was plentiful, hot and fresh and there was always something for everyone.

  Maids in 5 times per week, clean towels and sheets, large balcony, excellent food and attentive, friendly service. Also loads of fresh fruit avalible.

  Reception area was dirty, dark dingy staff unpleasant, gym was impressive , didnt go to sauna.
