I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Milan for 5 nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and ready to assist at all times. My spacious and clean apartment had thoughtful touches that showed the owner's care for their guests. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and close to the metro. Luigi, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, offering helpful recommendations and even assisting when our luggage was lost. This hotel is definitely worth considering when visiting Milan.

Despite the hotel's slightly outdated appearance, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The owner, Luigi, was incredibly helpful and even assisted us in reaching our next destination. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with triple pane windows keeping out any noise from the city. The amenities provided were a nice touch, including a fresh fruit bowl, Easter candy, and even a bottle of wine. Although the hotel was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it for the level of service and comfort we experienced. I would highly recommend Hotel And Residence House Aramis for a pleasant stay in Milan.

It had air conditioning, was spacious and clean and the person who greeted us was very helpful and accommodating. Had to pay for sheets and towels, that was different.

It was in a graffiti ridden part of town. You had to go down alley ways and my first thought was "this is not safe, glad we're not walking around here alone at night". Once inside, it was okay.

Luigi and his staff were excellent to us all 11 of us on a hen party weekend for my daughters marriage. He is a very nice person and the facilities were clean, excellent laid out. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the Milan downtown area near the canal.

Convenient location near Metro, secure building, comfortable room. William at front desk was fantastic, gave great recommendations. Close to restaurants and pubs. Enjoyed our stay.

stayed in studio apartment, bathroom/bedroom was clean and comfy. very close to metro

kitchenette equipment a little old. overall it was still ok, only used the fridge to keep drinks cold.

Helpful and friendly staff, particularly the receptionist, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. Offers a free washing service. Comfortable and spacious rooms with beautiful decorations.

our stay at this hotel was beyond expectations. everything was perfect - the staff was incredibly helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring milan without the crowds. Luigi, the owner, made our stay even better with his genuine care and excellent service. definitely worth staying here again.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near the lively Navigli canal district, with plenty of restaurants and bars to explore. The short walk to the Duomo through a charming shopping street was a great way to start our day. The apartments were spacious, clean, and provided all the facilities we needed. The complimentary breakfast at the nearby cafe was a delightful bonus.

We felt extremely welcome throughout our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

room space was ample and good specification (fridge/aircon/cooker/micro/sat tv/phone)all new and all worked perfectly. room was very clean. staff were very helpful and good english standard. very handy for tram/metro nd 20 mins walk from duomo/centre. security and privacy is pretty good.

its doesnt look much from outside and its down a quiet street - so first impressions not a wow!. I was double booked on first night so moved to hotel round the corner (this I found out upon arrival).
