Excellent location to beach/harbour, the town of Lagos is a beautiful old town and i would be more than happy to stay again.
Excellent location rooms clean and just over ten minutes walk to the beach.
Nice location and the sea is lovely to swim in: fine golden sand a treat to the eye.
Nice location near the city centre, friendly staff and considering the time of year we stayed the heating was great.
The location is adequate, just 5 min walk to the beach.
Th rooms are well equipped with fridge, air conditioning, oven, and kettle.
The great thing was that the room was made ready by 11:00 after we arrived at 10:30 A great start to a weekend break.
The bathroom is a high standard for a 3star establishment.
Overall highly recommended for couples but families would probably be better off choosing a hotel or apartment nearer the beach.
Pool room beside pool was great as we could keep an eye on kids.
Great location, beach bar/restaurants of high quality at low cost and nice staff.
Clean rooms, pleasant bar/restaurant and great self catering facilities needed.
The Alvomar apartments are in a great central position 5 minutes walk from the cobbled streets on the old town where most of the restaurants and shops are located.
The place is lovely and breakfasts are great - the full range of hot.
Alvor is a lovely little town with some absolutely fantastic restaurants, I'd recommend Vagabond (their roof terrace is lovely - we actually had to book to get a table there) or any of the fish restaurants near the marina.
Cleaning standards are good and the staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful.
Beautiful surroundings and staff were very helpful.
The pool area looks great, on as good a beach as you will find anywhere.
The only minor criticism is the swimming pool which is small with a limited number of sunbeds condensed into a small area.
Apartment was spotless and clean towels were delivered every day was impressive.
The beach is beautiful, 3km long with some nice but expensive places for lunch if you fancy it, we took a picnic each day but the toilet facilities were free to use and were clean.
