Liked big rooms!

I had a real good stay, with location right on old town of Santa Cruz. Liked having Malayerba within 15 minutes walk away. Bed was very comfy and there were multi-channel television, a dining area and a seating area in the room. Having a bath was great. Sea view was particularly nice😃

The apartment was spacious and bright, with a large living area and a separate sleeping room. The cleaning service was very good, with the beds made and towels changed every second day. The location of the apartment was also great, within walking distance to the town center and the beach. This made it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying the local attractions.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the apartment lacked basic amenities such as salt, pepper, and oil, which made cooking a bit challenging.

Within easy walking distance of town centre, shops, restaurants, historic buildings etc. Although not in the best of areas, our apartment had a balcony and overlooked the sea. It was also very spacious and had a lift for us older folks. It was basic but had everything you needed to cook and a nice bathroom with lots of hot water. It was clean and well looked after and good value for the money.

The room was spacious and had a large living area, which was great for a comfortable stay. The view of the ocean from the room was breathtaking and added to the overall experience. The hotel was located in a prime area, close to the town, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. Additionally, the self-catering facilities were well equipped, allowing for a hassle-free stay.

The beds were extremely hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff did not speak English, making communication challenging at times.

This apartment is housed in the historic building with views over the sea. It has marvellous and amazing setting right by the centre of Santa Cruz, hikes in the north and the seaside.

I have to say, for the price we paid, Rocamar gave us great value. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely ocean view from the balcony. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main areas of Santa Cruz and a supermarket nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay a truly enjoyable experience.

When it comes to breakfast offerings, the only thing I wish could be improved is the variety of hot drinks available. It would have been nice to have a kettle and a toaster in the kitchen, along with the coffee machine, to cater to different preferences.

Good location very spacious, great value for money, near major bus routes, sea view.

It is near industry so can be noisy in a morning. Also the toilet smells from the plumbing system. No English spoken really.

The appartments are only 20m from the Atlantic Ocean. Ask for a room with an ocean view. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but spotless.

The kitchen didn't have a microwave, that would have been handy. Reception is on the first floor, take the stairs, then the elevator and you won't miss it. Breakfast is rather limited: only cereals, toast with jam, no cheese. Great coffee though.

We had a very good stay in Santa Cruz de la Palma near the nearest bus stops, main areas and town centre and port. Enjoyed the room, it was large and light with "sea view ".

Great sea view from the apartment balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise. Spacious and clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options such as cheese, ham, toast, coffee, and fresh fruit.

Outdated furniture in the rooms that needs to be replaced. Poor sound insulation, as I could hear my neighbors even when they were speaking softly.
