Good value, would recommend. A super base for sightseeing in Benidorm. Lively and excellent people working there. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable setting close to all amenities. Next to a short walk to the beach, OF BARS AND NIGHTLIFE and cafes and pubs.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It was also conveniently close to the seaside and the beach, making it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls or sunbathing. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff provided good service and the hotel offered secure facilities, ensuring the safety of our belongings during our stay.
There was a serious hygiene issue on the stairs, which was not promptly addressed by the hotel staff.

The location was absolutely perfect for enjoying the vibrant nightlife, delicious restaurants, and beautiful beach. The apartment itself was secure and safe, with a spacious balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sea. The rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and all the necessary amenities like extra pillows, linen, towels, and even an iron and ironing board. The lounge area was well-equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen had everything we needed, along with a dining table and chairs. our experience at Apartamentos Niza was outstanding, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. It was very convenient to have a washing machine in the apartment, especially for those traveling with limited luggage. The apartment was also clean and modern, with a nice big balcony to people watch.
One of the major downsides was the noise level, especially at night. The lack of air conditioning meant that the room could get very hot, and the noise from the surrounding bars and clubs made it difficult to sleep before 3am.

had a great time at apartamentos niza! loved the clean and modern apartment, perfect for a couple of nights. the location was awesome, close to the bar area and the beach. would definitely recommend to friends.
Key pickup and drop-off process was a hassle. had to go to another hotel and then had to figure out how to get out of the locked gate when dropping off the keys at 3am.
