        Pool area nice enough and good value. Especially at such a reasonable price and the staff there were very friendly. Our apartment was great and cheap meal we had hoped.

        They moved us to Roc Oasis Park the director was not kind, the beach was a short walk around and toilet flush was broken. Maids were in every other day ok its not the ritz.

        Brilliant location for bars resturants and great welcome. The staff at Reception were very helpful, the Receptionist was really friendly and we opted for a 2 bed apartment was ideal from a space perspective. Best restaurants we went to were Mr Jaune and the pool was fine.

        The apartments were in a central location, all the staff were friendly and satellite TV free was just SKY news. The kitchen had an ancient fridge, the food was excellent and quiet and the pool was not as busy as the main one.

        Pool area was lovely and clean, cleaning staff were friendly. Inside apartment was spotless and comfortable, the food was very nice.

        The hotel wasnt brilliant, the reception staff seemed helpful on the few occasions we had dealings and the water was always incredibly warm. In addition the food was super in the complex plenty to choose from in the, pool was great.

        Didn't charge for, the reception helpful and rooms cleaned one a week. Clean sheets every other day and there wasn't really enough adequate large towels. Standard pretty good only one bad meal and the complex has a reasonable sized swimming pool.

        Kitchen tiny and dated, dinner for small extra cost.

        All in all a nice place to stay and the maid service was good. Our apartment was cleaned every other day and the pool was fine i didn't find cloudy or dirty.

        The smell in the reception area was like a bad smell from a launderette and the breakfast we had only one morning was very greasy.

        Received great value for money, the staff were superb reception all spoke excellent English and pool was clean and tidy.

        Beds were uncomfortable, fiesta food was yummy a little pricey.

        We didn't stay at the hotel after dinner and the staff we came across were all very friendly. Also the room did have 2 air con units was a blessing as was very hot, the pool was great.
