Only a short walk from the beach and good location close to nice restaurants in old town.
I liked that ws close to old town newtown and great location approx 10 minutes walk to beach.
Great location, this hotel has an excellent childrens swimming pool and the staff did seem nice enough.
The hill isn't that bad unless you're unfit, nice location and all in all a very very enjoyable stay.
The location was very central to everything only fault was the steps that you had to walk to get to the main promanade, the staff were fantastic and the apartments in this block were great.
The apartments were in a good location for access to the old town, the staff in the apts were on the whole excellent and the beds were quite comfy.
The bedroom was well designed, plenty of towels was good and the food was very nice.
The window in the bedroom barely opened to let fresh air in, the food is great value for.
We loved the relaxed feel of the apartments, a good ten minute walk The strip itself has plenty of bars and clean towels every second day etc.
The rooms were cleaned every day, the pool was nice.
Good bar, not a bad meal in the evening and very friendly locals.
Towels were changed every other day as well as sheets and breakfast was great.
We were able to have breakfast on site without having booked half-board and this hotel was immaculately clean.
Bar area were fine, the best thing about the hotel was the gorgeous appartment and staff were very friendly and courteous.

Puerto del Carmen is great you are looking for lively nightlife, the reception staff are helpful and the rooms are extremely spacious.
Surrounding area was perfect for a couple looking for a quite holiday, best eating places were La Magnolia and the staff were excellent in thier delivery of customer service.
