nothing good. Dont book here: you will not be happy! This is not a 3 star hotel. Consider it a guesthouse, and extremely expensive. The pictures in the website represent the only 2 decent rooms they have.

absolutely not a 3 star hotel. Consider it as a low level gueshouse. There is no reception: one person sits in front of the gate of this "big house", like a guardian. The first impression is "this is a bed and breakfast". Very poor breakfast; food served in dirty dishes, full of mosquitos. Cutlery very old and dirt. The rooms are old and dirty. The furniture is completely rosted. Grudge and rost everywhere. The refrigerator has hundreds of rust holes. The gas main and the pipe of the gas of the kitchen are rosted and full of crackles and nickes everywhere. I hadnt the courage to use it! So, consider you have no kitchen, and you have to take your breakfast somewhere else. Dont even think to sleep in this room. The windows have a plastic glass , 1 mm thick. So, you will hear the noise from almost all other rooms. The air conditioning machine is clamped on the wall. Noise and vibration will not allow you to sleep. Ridiculous curtain/sun shade: direct sunlight in the morning. One of the walls of the bathroom has a 20 cm air hole/vent. So you will experience, hear and smell what is happening in the next room bathroom. The floor tiles are dirty, filthy and grimy. They are maybe good for an external path in a garden, not for the interior of a room. For the whole hotel just 2 car park positions are available. They advertise to have a parking, but if two other customers come to this guesthouse with their car, all the space is gone. Dont accept to park your car between the 2 reguarly parked cars and the guesthouse gate: you will be waked up at 3AM in the morning by the staff, and will be requested to displace your car. This guesthouse is located in one of the worst part of Ponta Negra. The beach is close to the hotel, but in that segment you will find debris, sludge, litter, refuse. And a last warning: as soon as you reach the hotel you will be asked to pay immediately the full amount of money. Dont do it before having seen the room! You had better go somewhere else

It is hard to find a good point for this hotel

Definetely not a 3 star hotel. Should be classified as 1 star or guesthouse. Very dirty. Veryt noisy. Miserable breakfast: fruit not refrigerated, full of mosquitos. Wifi not working. No liquid soap in the bathroom. Car parking available only for TWO customers: all the others have to park outside the hotel. The staff requests to pay the full amount as soon as you reach the reception. The clean the room every 3 days!!!!!!! The floor was very dirty: probably hadnt been washed for months. The air conditionining of the other rooms will not allow you to sleep: part of the window doesnt have the glass: no isolation from the heat and the noise of outside. Very dangerous to use the gas to prepare a hot meal: the pipe of the gas is rosted: you risk your life! The refrigerator is extremely noisy and the metal is rosted and full of holes. You had better close it if your intention is to try to sleep. The swimming pool is tiny and is located just in front of the window of the room. No privacy at all. Direct sunglight in the morning. This hotel cannot be considered 3 stars: reclassify as 1 star
