The place was fairly clean with private parking and a very comfy bed. The room was functional and the personnel was friendly. The bathroom was clean, that's important. As for me, the location was good, near train station and the big shopping mall as well as the outlet shops😃❤

the location was particularly good, near to the station, in the ski area. the room they gave us was new-fashioned and compact with coffee making facilities and bathroom and modern decoration.

Booked a room with healthy breakfast. Its decoration was cozy. The location for Karuizawa was favourable, not far from the train station, Prince Outlet, wonderful park, taxi stand and bus, shopping outlet, and different restaurants and shops.
