The hotel is fairly clean, with always attentive personal, and offers comfortable and handy location close to the restaurant and bars, East Railay Beach and shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. The breakfast has delicious and good options with toast.

I spend 5 nights in Railay Beach lovely. The room was neat and huge with an electric kettle and fridges. The breakfast was good with toast, the staff was superbly friendly.

Its location was magnificent, just off Tonsai beach, which takes about 45min, where all the boats arrive, and the restaurants. I asked for bungalow, it was modern and well-designed. Great service was provided here.

Got standard twin room with three beds when arrived, loved that.

The breakfast is satisfactory, the room is modern and functional. Coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge are a nice touch.

The units are new-fashioned, spacious. Accommodating and pleasant staff, they know their business.

The hotel is a great value for money, considering how pricey Railay can be. It offers basic amenities and the rooms are like mini apartments, with a nice outside seating area, comfortable beds, and even a separate sink from the bathroom. The staff is wonderful and the service is top-notch. The location is ideal, just a short walk from West Railay where the long tail boats are arriving. Plus, the beautiful beaches of Railay can be easily reached by foot.

That the breakfast options were a bit limited.

Staff were very rude, rooms not clean, bathroom was a disgrace - like a prison cell! Walls werent painted, bars across window no glass just mosq net, ants everywhere! Cant imagine how bad the standard rooms are. Asked at reception if I was in the right room, got a rude reply. Way overpriced, better value available

Loved everything.

The food was good, with a wide array of options. The location was DECENT, within short walking distance to Railay View Point.

The location was unbeatable, near to is close to the others beaches, the center of the whole restaurant ans bars scene, and certain areas, in a very green area. They served cheap food for breakfast.

The room had not so great views.

Really enjoyed large bathroom and a storage and a safe in our bungalow.
