  Brilliant location right in front of masjid an nabawi and hotel is very nice, clean & breakfast had alot of varities to serve most of the tastes. And room service is just as tasty and very cheap, the buffet in the restaurante is excellent.

  Location is excellent right next to the haram, other Hotels are much near to the haram and the room service staff is very helpful and friendly.

  Reception lounge always crowded, the drinks variety in suhoor is very limited just some simple orange juice.

  Location is excellent and clean and recommended place to stay in during visit Madinah. Service is nice, rooms are modern and well appointed.

  Long waits at reception due to lack of staff, the food is I did not like, the open buffet is not is expected.

  Location was excellent ie right opposite the masjid al nabi, breakfast was of good quality and the staff were friendly the room was clean and arranged well.

  Beetter location is near janat ul baqe, opposite the haram and hotel is simply awesome. Salim hossain , prepared the bed and cleaned the room, is a nice person.

  Staff at the reception are very slow and the other two restaurants are closed and only for Indonesian groups.

  Great location right across the women gates, the hotel is one of the closest to the central mosque and the staff are very helpful, and the rooms are very well equipped.
