location very close to the schmittenhöhe, kaprun and zell am see and the center of kaprun. the rooms with the balcony, bedroom, very good and courteous staff specially the receptionists.

The restaurant food is outstanding, and the breakfast offered is warm with juices and main meal, for example...

We recently stayed at a hotel in the Austrian Alps with a great location not far from the town centre and surrounded by beautiful mountains and a picturesque lake. The room had a modern design and a private bathroom, with facilities such as an indoor pool and a spa available to guests. The breakfast selection catered to all tastes, with plenty of options. the hotel offered a free card to access the local attractions to make our experience even more enjoyable.

The elevator was too small to accommodate all the guests at once, which made it a bit difficult to move around the hotel during peak times.

I did not understand that free internet is not standard in such hotel cattegory. On GPS navigation we found this hotel 1 m on other place - but it was such terible house we were shocked - bad first impresion.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, with easy access to the main slopes in town and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It was also not far from the center, so I could easily walk to the shops. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, especially the receptionists. They even went above and beyond by providing a 21st birthday cake and table decorations upon my request. The facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic spa and wellness center. I loved relaxing in the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi. The sun terrace and garden area were also great for soaking up the sun. the service, location, and amenities at this hotel were exceptional.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The services and facilities provided here are truly luxurious and enhance comfort and quality.

They charged my credit card for the two rooms without asking if they could do so and provided an invoice only on request.

Dinner was quite poor for 4stars hotel and also furniture could be a little bit more moderen.

We loved the central location of the hotel, just a short walk to the high street and close to the ski bus stop. The hotel facilities were top notch - the indoor pool and wellness area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Our spacious room had fantastic views of the mountains/lake. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Great food and friendly staff. We had a great view from our room and the spa facilities were fantastic. The hotel was located close to the ski bus and there were plenty of ski areas to choose from. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The hotel needs some renovation, it’s outdated. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant which made it unpleasant to eat.

The hotel offered a great New Year’s Eve celebration with a delicious buffet dinner and entertainment. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to ski slopes and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable in some areas of the hotel.
