The location of this hotel is simply perfect, super central and easy to get around. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the incredible open chapel, it was mind-blowing and added a unique touch to the whole experience. The bathroom was lovely and clean, and the water had a great taste. An unexpected bonus was the little fountain attached to the property, it added to the overall charm.

The location is superb. The staff was attentive, professional and generous. We surly recommend to our friends and family.

They have to add vegetables to the breakfast.

It is a small-scale business operation which gives you personalized services. The hotel building itself is the art to enjoy during your stay although the hotel does not advertise it so much. Staff offers the best they can do to you. Excellent locations to go around the city on foot. In conclusion, if you appreciate Italian styles of accomodation, it's one of the best places I ever encountered in the last 27 years.

Breakfast kitchen staff are under pressure when many customers come to breakfast to the small space. It would have be wonderful if they use the outside terrace for simpler breakfast.

it was a wonderful stay." a room with a view" and i found Laura a divine encounter... the staff efficient the ambience terrific all was well... only found the wifi lacking.. slow and not able to do the email.. the only negative thing all else was wonderful

Excellent location near beautiful bars, attractions with free entry on first Sunday of winter. Helpful breakfast service, convenient for transportation. Grand reception rooms, clean and well-equipped room with amazing view of Basilica. Courteous and friendly staff. 🌟

I was quite impressed by the tranquility even though on quite a busy road, the rooms were nice and quiet. The courtyard was lovely / tranquil. Breakfast was satisfactory , we did have days when the girls said "finish " i.e when there were no bread rolls left , in other words we have run out. One of the gentlemen on the reception when we asked him where the Roma ground was had no clue and he did not know if Metro Line A or B took us there ? knowledge of Rome is paramount in my view for those guys. The location was outstanding, just around the corner from the colloseum. The Church at the hotel on level 3 well worth a look . Overall a super hotel in a super location

It has tidy and huge rooms with central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television.

The hotel is quaint and fairly clean, the staff are accommodating, location is excellent even in the centre of Rome. Having television with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe in our well decorated room. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. All in all they offer good service.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel with a beautiful courtyard in central Rome. The location was ideal, with attractions like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill just a short walk away. The hotel also provided easy access to Stazione Centrale for day trips to other Italian cities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a view overlooking the stunning Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about Rome. it was an ideal luxury hotel for exploring the city.

Nothing not to love! 😊 The only minor downside was that the furniture in the room was a bit old and there was limited storage space.

Bathroom is a disgrace and need urgent renovation.Breakfast is a joke, nothing fresh, undrinkable coffee (in Italie of all places!!) and served in the basement without air!!

The reception staff were friendly. Free parking available. Superb location near historic sites. Lovely courtyard to relax in.
