The location is perfect, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. Great value for money with fantastic deals available. The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Simple but nice breakfast included in the price. Efficient WiFi and great coffee available.

Great location, close to Pile gate for easy tour access. Beautiful antique decor, felt like a palace. Friendly and helpful staff, even went to market for special request. Comfortable bed and sofa, made me feel like a princess. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Had king room with even glasses as well as a king size bed. A wide array of meals for breakfast, including bread and omelette. Great and unbeatable location to The Franciscan Church and Monastery. Welcoming and nice staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just off the main street and close to everything. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. I also loved the included breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from.
