Pleasant hotel, reasonable price and the interior of rooms 's ergonomic.
Otherwise, there are other, better hotels in Copenhagen that cost around the same price as this one.
Good and helpful hotel service, considering the high price of staying in Copenhagen, more interesting urban proximity.
Copenhagen by its nature is ridiculously expensive and good hotels will run in the 150-200 USD range and this hotel was a disappointment as far as value.

The Ansgar is located close (about a five-minute walk) to the railway station, and there are direct connections to and from the airport, which makes travelling massively convenient.

There was barely room enough for two in the double bed.
The fourth bed in the room was very narrow and under a slanted ceiling and suitable for a child.
The room was a disgrace, we had booked a triple and what we got was a small twin with a camp bed shoved in the middle.
The bathroom in the triple room we had took a little time to get used to as the shower water just fell on to the tiled floor and we had to use a squeezy mop to push in down a plug hole under the sink.
The hotel was clean, check in was easy, the room was quite small and the twin beds were semi comfortable.
Nice flat screen TV, the breakfast bar is good.
On the plus side, the breakfast was very good and the hotel is convenient for the station, but a good walk to the main shopping area which is also where most of the restaurants are situated.
The staff is nice, high speed internet and a very broad selection of options for breakfast is unusual - well done.

The elevator was between floors so you had to lug your luggage up (or down) a half a flight of stairs.

Kind and helpfull staff, rooms were spotless.
The room was not large but was clean and perfectly adequate.

The room overall is of average European size and moderately clean.
That said, it was clean and the bathroom adequate (and plenty of english speaking channels on the telly).
