Very nice hotel, lovely building and reasonable price.
A friendly family run hotel, the reasonable price for our virgin trip to Bruges and the rooms are perfectly clean.
We chose this hotel because of the location and the reasonable price for our virgin trip to Bruges.
I booked directly with the hotel as they were offering the best rate I could find, and breakfast was included in the price.
Located just in the center, the location of the hotel is perfect and breakfast room are nice.
Close proximity to old town location and they took that extra mile to make our stay as comfortable.
This hotel is a great location in the middle of the city and since the town is so small its an easy and quick walk to almost everything in the city.
Perfect location right in the middle of Bruges - 2 minutes walk from the Burg and Markt squares.
The location is ideal since it was literally a three minute walk to the Grote Markt (Grand Square).
3) Like many hotels in mainland Europe, this hotel has two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed.
Rooms are nicely furnished and modern, entering the bathtub is tricky as is very high.
Having said that the room was large, well heated and a huge bathroom.
These rooms are so comfortable, and have beautiful baths.
The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom looked newly fitted.
Just a few short blocks from the main square, excellent location and buffet breakfast is good the hotel restaurant has very lovely garden.
2) The blackout curtains are fantastic, recommended some excellent restaurants for us to eat at in the evenings and their local information made good use of a brief trip.
Breakfast was nice and there was a small walled garden at the rear of the property where you could eat.
They recommended three restaurants that weren't tourist traps, had good food and were reasonably priced.
The hotel owners, a couple, were very helpful about giving restaurant recommendations and we ate very well.
Overall, we were happy with the hotel and the helpfulness of the female member of staff, (possibly the manager)?

If you have a car, they do provide parking which is very important in Brugge.
The woman I presume to have been his wife was very cold and not nice to us at all - we are a mother and daughter traveling together and were shocked at the way she glared at us when we walked in the lobby.
There is no elevator but the manager helped carry luggage up the stairs.
Especially near the centre, the hotel was outstanding the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff/owners were very nice.
Comfortable clean family room, excellent breakfasts and far better than my French or Flemish.
