First of all the location was perfect for the event as the hotel is literally across the road.

I managed to leave a folder in the taxi and they got it back for me.

I had a blister on my foot and they sorted this out also, nothing was too much trouble.

This is not a boutique hotel with all modern or even high tech showers, but the rooms were comfortable the bathroom was adeqate but the most important thing about this hotel is the outstanding customer service and dedication of the staff.

Rooms are small, need updating but bathroom even smaller.

They wouldnt put the heating on, the rooms were tiny and filthy.

Friendly staff, cosy bar, fine food, easy parking and a glorious location.

Breakfast in the morning was very nice, there was a selection of fresh fruit and juices and amazingly they were able to accommodate my fiances requirements with the availability of Soya.

The Irish breakfast went down a treat too!

80 with breakfast but when we were checking out he tried to charge us?

Basically you will have to serve yourself your breakfast except they cook your fry.

Had a great trip with my partner, and have only great things to say about the hotel and staff.

I found the staff to be very nice and polite.

The staff are friendly and there is a pleasant atmosphere.

First of all we felt the staff were very rude.

Staff were rude, unhelpful and again actually lied about the cleaning.

The Free Wireless internet access for guests was a great extra especially in the evenings before matches.

Rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bar is one of the cosiest hotel bars I've ever had the pleasure of drinking in.

    Arrived at the hotel at 11pm after long and helpful staff. Good breakfast served in a cosy friendly athmosphere.

    In a truely traditional hotel and lovely staff. Tea that you could drink was free all day.

    The location was a good distance from galway city itself and the room was in poor condition.

    Very friendly staff and great food.

    General decor very old fashioned and rooms were quite small I know there are more modern b&bs nearby were also cheaper.

    Good location and on the day after was nice to stroll down to the sea only 600m or so. We were made feel very welcome, staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was bright and clean. Cup of tea that was just right.
