Pleasant place, I thoroughly enjoyed helpful personnel.
Everything was perfectly fine, and it had strong wi-fi. The rooms were cheap and huge with separate bathrooms.

This place was newly renovated in general with a very nice helpful staff team. Loved the classic room with comfy beds, the bedroom plus nice flowers I was given. The price was £ 81. Close to a port, the location was wonderful and beautiful, right in the centre of town. Intra Muros district was worth staying in. I came here for 1 night and had a very enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located within the historic walled town. Friendly staff and reliable wifi on all floors. Paid parking is available nearby, but free during specific hours. Rooms are small but sufficient for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed and separate shower and toilet rooms.

Good central loction, but away from any noise. Good value for money, although the breakfast a little expensive for what it was compared to cafe's nearby.

We particularly liked Bertille on the front desk, but all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and tidied each day to a high standard. Located within the Intra Muros means that many restaurants and shops are within a stone's throw.
I suggest a coffee and tea making corner in the foyer where the free wifi is located. The present arrangement of charging for a cup from the machine in the breakfast room detracts from the otherwise friendly ambience of the hotel.

We picked this hotel as the location was suitable and it had a garage in which to park the motorbike which was important. The room was clean although the mattress on the bed was a little tired. Breakfast was a bit basic but adequate for our one night stay.
The receptionist was a little officious.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to local buses which can take you to the train station and the center of the old city. It is also conveniently located near pubs and restaurants, making it easy to find dining options. the hotel is close to all amenities, making it convenient for guests.
The decor of the hotel is outdated, which may not appeal to everyone's taste.

The hotel was located in a central position within the old town, close to shops and restaurants but still in a quiet area. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable but the decor and furnishings were very dated. We have stayed in much nicer places for the same rate and would recommend only staying here if better alternatives are not available.
The wi-fi is only available in public areas. Poor lighting in the rooms. Our bathroom was tiny and the shower was clogged, which meant you quickly ended up with 2 inches of water in the bottom of the shower and had to stop showering to let the water drain so that it didn't overflow into the room. They dont use mattress protectors on the beds and sometimes the sheets pull out while you're asleep and you end up sleeping on bare mattress. The hotel will keep your luggage for you but their system is not secure and virtually anyone could walk in off the street and take your bag. There is no lift in their second building where some rooms are located.

Good location.
It was overpriced - the decor, particularly in the bathroom needed updating. I would describe the bathroom as grotty. There are much nicer and cheaper hotels within the city walls.

Located in a fantastic spot right within the ancient walls, we enjoyed a memorable stay at this charming hotel. The elegant reception areas were clean and inviting, creating a lovely first impression. The en suite bathroom was modern and clean, while the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The added bonus of a complimentary aperitif at their sister restaurant, which served amazing food, made our stay even more delightful. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, including accommodating our late-night arrival. we highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, impeccable service, and pleasant amenities.
