Hotel was clean, incredibly nice staff.

There were cereal and eggs for breakfast. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed in the spacious and luxurious room, I slept very well. The location was marvellous and beautiful, close to hills and a river. The hotel was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport.

The breakfast selection was enjoyable with yogurt and meat and cakes. Had particularly good and amazing location right across from the Boboli gardens in an old building they have remodeled, a walking distance from a Renaissance palace.

The employees were especially helpful and attentive and kept it all fairly clean.

Spotlessly clean and cheap room and large bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. Excellent and stunning location, walk from some attractions, like a palace and a cathedral. Secure area.

We loved cereal and eggs. The most important was the staff - excellent and efficient people. The venue was set in the very central position close enough to the Ponte Vecchio and kind service, the center of city, and museum. Furthermore, to a quiet park.

Brand-new room with comfortable bed, a terrace, a sofa set, and a balcony. Incredible views and a very elegant design. Perfect and excellent location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from a Renaissance palace. Very good service during our stay.

Indifferent staff!

I’d say that room was reasonably large, it had an electric kettle and glassware, that's convenient The location was good and lovely for me.

Facilities were nice, even so Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The property was well-maintained and we had a very peaceful stay. The hotel was placed within 10 km of the airport. The property took care of the very good service. Parking was off site, fee - gbp 30 per day.

The property was fairly clean and wonderful old and the location was lovely. The rooms were huge and cheap with beautiful views of a garden in back. The breakfast had plenty of cereals and eggs. The service was very good, I had 4 wonderful nights here. By the way, they charged me gbp 30 per day for parking. Everything was magical, nothing to complain about, I recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at a well-located, quiet, and reasonably priced hotel. The front desk team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even helped me resolve a problem with a local merchant after I had returned home. The rooms were clean and in good condition, and the breakfast in the magnificent main hall was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel.
