We loved the location of this place, as it was just off Hagley Park and close to the center of the city. The service here was exceptional, with room service and laundry facilities available. The staff was friendly and gave us exceptional service on every occasion. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. We also appreciated the garden furniture and the comfortable beds. The in-room breakfast was delicious and convenient. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay enjoyable.

The location in a lovely area was great and easy and there were a shopping area and a supermarket nearby. Also, such main attraction as Cashel Street was 2 miles from this hotel. Truly enjoyed the room on fridge, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I really enjoyed that the room was well-organised and brand-new with the shower, 2 bedrooms plus a functional kitchenette.

Central location, quiet -limited road noise. Close to restraurants.

No wardrobe space and limited room in second bedroom. Toilet in bathroom limited acess for group booking.

The motel is equipped with warm blanket on bed which is very suprise to me. It is really a warm from the motel for a visitor experienced 3oC from a country with 33oC.

Had an enjoyable stay for the great service and excellent stay. The studio suite was bright and had a large bathroom. Location: the hotel was near to stores, local bars and the nearby Dux Dine restaurant.

The location is convenient, with easy access to the busy area of Riccarton and close proximity to the Internet cafe. It's also within walking distance to the mall and just a short distance to either the gardens or the cricket ground. The rooms are generally clean and tidy, and some even have a kitchen to cook quick meals.

Staff members were often rude and abrupt with guests, making for an unpleasant experience.

Convenience to shops, restaurants, the centre of Christchurch, Hagley Park and botanical gardens. Good access to local tour operators and not far from train station. Relatively short distance to airport. Helpfulness of staff ion attending to our needs.

The motel we stayed in during Easter was conveniently located near a mall and plenty of restaurants. We appreciated having free parking and internet, and the staff was friendly and always helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped and the rooms were cleaned everyday.

The spa bath was much smaller than expected and there were issues with the heater in our room. there were some noise disturbances during the night that kept us up.

The size of the unit was perfect and it was close to shops and other amenities.
